The Plot no 1 (dimensions 226mx470m) is free of buildings and constructions, situated on ANWILs SA fenced area and is suitable for the activities such as chemical production and the likes. Its localisation provides an easy access to internal roads network and through them to state road no 1. There is a possibility to have the railway siding connected to the PKP railway (state railway). There are also weighbridges both for trucks and rail wagons located at the road gates and on the railway siding.

The site is fully developed and the existing infrastructure allows to supply the all necessary media to the clients. There is a possibility to separate the plot from ANWILs area and to have an independent direct access to the state road no 1. There is also possibility to divide the plot into smaller ones as well as to expand it by adding additional plot together with the building suitable for offices and laboratory or control room.
