The Plot no 2 (dimensions 230m x 349,5m) is free of buildings and constructions, situated on ANWILs SA fenced area and is suitable for the activities such as chemical production and the likes.

Its localisation provides an easy access to internal roads network and through them to state road no 1. There is the railway siding connected to the PKP railway (state railway).
